Make sure your wallet is connected.

#### Stake stFLR

You can stake stFLR using the following assets in your wallet:

1. FLR
2. WFLR (Wrapped FLR)

At the time of the Tutorial, the APY of staking stFLR is at 13.39%.

While staking stFLR, users enjoy staking rewards at the set APY.

*Exchange Rate: 1 FLR = 0.9999 stFLR*

*Side Note:* stFLR is transferable and can be used across DeFi while continuing to accrue staking rewards.

Now, enter the amount you choose to stake:

To send the transaction, click 'Stake' and approve the transaction in your wallet.

Once approved, the 'stake' dashboard will now reflect your staked amount in stFLR.

### How to unstake stFLR

There are several unstaking methods when a user wants to unstake their stFLR.

1. Instant Withdrawal
2. Normal Withdrawal
3. Using Decentralized Exchange (Via Swap)

Users can redeem their stFLR immediately - without any waiting time.

For **Instant** unstaking however, an **instant withdrawal fee** is applied.

**Normal** unstaking doesn't come with a fee, however the waiting time can take **up to 5 days.**

#### Unstaking Requests: Placing a Normal Unstaking Request

If a user would like to unstake using the 'Normal' unstake method, his request will be viewable under the 'Requests' Tab:

The Dashboard above will reflect the current status of the unstaking process and will update the user with information on when his assets have been fully unstaked.

Once the Unstaking Period is over, the user can simply claim their initial asset.
